1. The Rolypig - what a novel approach to composting! Cute, and environmentally friendly too. And in two nifty colours, environmentally-friendly-green and true-to-nature-pink. How to use? Like SciAm says, "'feed' the pig through its mouth and take the compost out of its single, all-purpose cloaca" (look it up).

2. USB Missile Launcher - Self-labelled WMD (weapon of much distraction), you get to play US and Iraq with fellow friends (or enemies, if you like). All you need is a computer! No need for straws and wads of wet paper (or straw and ice/lime seeds and cats in gutters...).

3. Holiday in Space - Ooh, after watching the video at the site, I'm willing to save the $150K to go up there and experience the whole thing. Yes, you read right - 150K. Trust Richard Branson to make a thriving business out of something like this, and call space "virgin territory". *rolls eyes* But oh-so-awe-inspring, to be able to reach past gravity and see earth from a whole new perspective. Now, what date shall I book for...

4. Blendtec Total Blender - Don't be fooled by the seemingly run-of-the-mill page above; go here for fun and action! The cheesy music just adds to the surreal-ness of it all. When you're done watching all the videos, you'd want to buy the blender, and certainly not for making smoothies, baby food, soup, ice cream, dough, fondue, marinara, pancake batter or any food for that matter!

Ah, in the end, if you give me a low-tech small-size portable sewing machine I'll love you forever. haha
