small end of the world.
(Not like that has ever
not happened before.)
What's different
this time is a hope
A chance to catch
dancing lights in the horizon-
Aurora borealis
in Finland,
surrounded by quiet;
Memories galore with friends.
Hope.
And to one and all,
a merry and blessed Christmastime
celebrating and meditating
on the One who was, is, and is to come:
Emmanuel, God with us;
Jesus, God the Saviour;
Christ, God of us all.
Hope is come.
