Same battery problems have affected my handphone too. It can't be switched on, or when it is switched on, it suddenly and for no reason blanks out and switches off. So people if I don't reply sms-es or calls you know what's to blame.
Hopefully other things don't die on me as well, most importantly my car during the trips up and down from KKB (Kuala Kubu Baru). Or my own batteries, which of late have been hard to recharge, and recharge fully. And whatever that gets recharged is dissipated too quickly due to the high resistance in the circuits. Most of the resistance is, I think, internal, so it's up to me (and/or God) to work out the kinks and smooth the flow of charges. A rant or two a la EH or ST would be nice but wouldn't serve any purpose of reducing resistance. Rather, it'd probably just create more, this time from external sources. So, as for now, I'll just sit still and try to find stability in God, although stability seem hard-pressed to be found in this "dull storm".
Why remain in God then? Because for me I'd rather be troubled and stormy with God at my side, than peaceful without God anywhere near me.
PR 12:9 Better to be a nobody and yet have a servant than pretend to be somebody and have no food.
PR 15:16 Better a little with the fear of the LORD than great wealth with turmoil.
Great is thy faithfulness, O God my Father!
There is no shadow of turning with Thee;
Thou changest not; Thy compassions ,they fail not:
As Thou hast been Thou forever wilt be.
